PVC and Rubber Composite Multipurpose Utility Hose is also called Multipurpose Hose, Multipurpose Air Hose, Water Transfer Hose, Oil Resistant Hose, Air Transfer Hose, Air Drill Hose, Paint Spray Hose and so on. It is designed to achieve long-term good performance in general air, water, oil and light chemical applications.
Construction:
This multipurpose Hose is made from specially formulated PVC & Rubber compound, with tough inner and cover, reinforced with high tensile polyester yarn, special formula and extruded technology make the two layers with excellent bonding.
1.Tube: pvc mixed with rubber
2. Reinforce: high tensile polyester yarn
3. Cover: smooth or corrugated, transparent or opaque
Feature:
1. no shining surface, similar as rubber hose.
2. high working pressure, same as rubber hose.
3. Good flexibility, light weight for easy handle
4. robust, kink resistant, superior abrasion resistance, long service life, oil and light chemical resistant, UV and weather resistant
