Main Features
The duplex design of Purlin Roll Forming Machine set up for
variable web, leg, and return dimensions with manual adjusting.
Innovative tooling design allows customers to produce on one
machine for other sizes of C, U, and Z profiles to save you space
and machine down time.
Purlin roll forming machine produces both C&Z steel purlin in
various sizes without changing anything. It is controlled through
PLC computer system, including roll forming, punching, cutting, and
widths adjustment on roll former and cutter. The machine takes
10-20 minutes to change the production of C to Z. We, Inbon
machinery is a company based in China. We provide one of the
machines for both local and oversea markets.
Decoiler
Function: support material roll, pushed by the hydraulic cylinder barrel inner wall up the material roll tension.
Structure: adopting cantilever structure convenient from the lateral feeding; pressure arm to prevent the material roll spread out; uncoiling machine has the function of automatic rotation, expansion can help early coiling uncoiling of the head. The machine frame is composed of steel plate quality assembly welding, in order to ensure the welding heat in the process of welding deformation of frame, all through the whole annealing treatment after welding. Ensure the rigidity and the service life of the equipment.
Function: Release the material head, leveling machine, the plate flatening.
To feed the head smoothly into the leveling device,
Structure: the leveling device containing dynamic pinch roll and leveling
roller, pinch roll adjustable lifting, convenient adjustment of
leveling gap and leveling angle. Five roller leveling, wire rod
adjustment. The feed port is arranged on the side roll positioning
device.
The leveler adopted after the heat treatment, GCr15, HRC58-62.
Punching and Cutting Device
Function: To do a pair hole punching. Using the unit structure which can be
adjusted, lateral die replacing. To punch holes with different in
different position, the punch material is DC53. The hardness of
HRC58-62.
The hydraulic system is developed specifically for punching
machine, hydraulic machine adopts pump, accumulator control mode,
the special hydraulic control module, with blanking speed, low
noise, and is equipped with a cooler, to meet the need of
continuous production.
At the rear of the punching stage equipped with a cutting machine
to cut the steel plate before roll forming.
C/Z Interchage System
Function: A set of side rolls are able to swiftly rotate 180 Degree which allow to bend angle upward or downward
Roll Forming System
Function: the steel plate go through a series of roll forming process to the
required shape.
Structure: adopting duplex designed roll forming structure to achieve
flexible sizing, the base is welded by profile steel after
annealing treatment, and then through the processing center
processing. The device has strong rigidity, good stability, high
precision characteristics.
Arch material : QT470
Shaft material is 40Cr, the quenching hardness of HRC45
The sizing of profile is adjusted by motor reducer.

Equipment for Reference:
(3) Hydraulic Cutting
1) Adopts post cutting, Stop to cut;
2) The cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment.
3) Adopts welded frame for good rigidity.
4) Cutting frame has been heat treatment to avoid final product deformation. cutting length tolerance ±2mm.
5) The power of cutting is provided by hydraulic station.
6) The final product can be cut as per set length in PLC controller, and the length is automatically measured by encoder. When final product reaches the set length, machine will stop to cut the Product automatically. Finish this action, machine will run again continuously.
(4) Hydraulic station
1) It supplies the power for the hydraulic cutter.
2) All hydraulic accessories are all use Chinese famous brand products.

(5) PLC Control System
1) This system uses Delta PLC to control the all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.
2) Delta converter adjusts speed technology, realize the automatic production.
3) Text screen is input and cancelled the working data.
4) Friendly man-machine interface system can be set batches to the work piece, length, quantity, etc.
5) Encoder count, having function of count and measuring length.
6) Suitable power voltage: 380V/50HZ/3Phase (can de designed according to buyer’s requirement)
(6) Product Rack (un-powered)
1) They are used to put the final product when product coming out from cutting device.
2) Two pieces, each piece length is 1m, total length is 3 meters.
3) Collect the final product and final products are convenient to be stacked by workers.
