Main Features:

 

This machine is mostly used for producing of soft urethane foam rubber productions

(density is about 10-50kg/m³).

It’s automaton-action level is high.the production is low low cost and the operation is 

simple.It is desirable equipment to manufacture products of foam rubber in furniture,

shoes,circumference,electron clothing andautomobile industry.

 

 

Terms of Payment: 30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                              70% covered by T/T before delivery or sight confirmed L/C.

Installation and Start-up: 2 technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and 

training, cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus USD60/day will be charged additionally.

 

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty. Starting from date of delivery excluding wear parts. 

                Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
