Working Principle Description:
VPSA oxygen generation device, also known as low-pressure adsorption vacuum desorption oxygen generation device, is mainly composed of blower, vacuum pump, cooler, adsorption system, oxygen buffer tank and control system. It is to inhale the nitrogen and oxygen in the air under low pressure. After adsorption saturation, the molecular sieve will be desorbed under vacuum conditions, and the nitrogen will be discharged from the discharge port. The oxygen will enter the purification system. The molecular sieve will continue to absorb and decompress to produce oxygen with high purity.
