Various Shape pad printing pads tampo silicone rubber printing
heads
Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that
can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished
using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves
an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto
a substrate. The pad compresses onto the ink-filled etch to “pick-up” the image.
The pad then slides over the part and once again compresses to
apply the image.
The good quality pad printing heads is required to have fine
quality, no impurities, good resilience, good oiling, and clear
pattern printing
Featurs:
1. Durable but flexible performance
2. High tear and abrasion resistance
3. Best quality printing for long run
4. Performs well in a wide range of printing environments
5. Instant start up, no break-in
