For our compatible pressure roller product, the PFA Tube and silicone rubber are imported from Japan, then they are produced in China. 

The hardness of rubber is suitable. It can improve fixing effect effectively which ensures various paper getting good fixing effect and reduces the probability of fuser film stopping work.

The density of colloid is uniformly distributed over the whole surface, the deviation of glue film thickness is less than or equal to 0.02 mm.

Colloid, PFA Tube, and mandrel are fixed tightly, no degumming or bubble.

Our mandrel is processed by imported precision equipment with high concentricity. The surface is smooth and even, no screw thread, to effectively reduce the friction between roll core and bushing.
