Density of colloid is uniformly distributed over the whole surface, the deviation of glue film thickness is less than or equal to 0.02 mm.
Colloid, PFA Tube, and mandrel are fixed tightly, no degumming or bubble.
The mandrel is processed by imported precision equipment, high concentricity, surface is smooth and even, no screw thread, to effectively reduce the friction between roll core and bushing.
