It is short for pre-painted galvalume steel coil, which uses aluminum-galvanized steel sheet (55% aluminium, 43% zinc and 1.6% silicon) as base metal. The material is exceptionally resistant to corrosion. It can also withstand to high temperature up to 315 degrees. PPGL coils are used in a wide variety of applications such as roofing & cladding, doors and windows, fencing, lighting, internal partition, ceiling, vehicle manufacturing industry, furniture, home appliance, and shipbuilding industry.
