JIS G3314 Hot Dip Aluminium- Silicon steel used in Automotive part
Product description:
Aluminized steel plate (also called aluminized plate) is coated with a layer of pure aluminum or aluminum-silicon alloy steel plate containing 5%-10% silicon on the surface of carbon steel. The methods of aluminum plating include hot plating, electrophoresis, and vacuum evaporation. Among them, the hot plating is widely used. Aluminized steel sheet has good high temperature oxidation resistance, does not change color for a long time at 450℃, and the service temperature can reach 750℃. It also has good atmospheric corrosion resistance, especially the corrosion resistance of SO2, H2S, CO2 and other gases. The corrosion resistance is 3 to 6 times that of galvanized steel.
Features:
Aluminized steel sheet is a combination of two metals, iron and aluminum, which are widely used in our daily life. This kind of steel plate can make full use of the characteristics of the two metals and constitute a steel plate with special properties. Because of its unique properties such as good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and heat radiation, this kind of steel plate has been more and more appreciated by people. Aluminum-plated steel sheet is used in the environment of heat radiation, acid, condensate and atmospheric corrosion, and has good corrosion resistance. The components made of aluminum-plated steel sheet outdoors in rural areas, industrial cities and ocean areas have a longer life than galvanized steel. Components made of steel plates are 2 to 5 times larger, and they are particularly suitable for corrosion resistance to SO2 and H2S.
Product Usage:
Aluminized steel plates are used in a wide range of applications, such as exhaust pipe heat-resistant parts, mufflers and car body parts in automobiles. Furnaces are used for heat exchangers, furnace reflectors, furnace oil tanks, baking boxes, furnace bodies, incinerators, chimneys and dryers. The container is used for refrigerated containers, special oil tanks, article tanks and plumbing equipment. In construction, it is used for roofs, window frames, wall panels, outdoor facilities, cabinets, household appliances, lamps, billboards and open space facilities.
