1)  can be used in IEC61850 based substation

Major Features
1) 8 pairs of SMV and GOOSE ports; multiple sets of SMV and GOOSE can be configured to the same
     optical port and also can be configured to different optical ports; 10 optical serial port for FT3 input
     and output port and IRIG-B code input
2) Integrate optical digital test and small signal analog test function, and can also connect to external
    current and voltage power amplifier
3) Supports 8 channels of independent sampling value (SMV) message output in accordance with
    IEC 60044-8 (FT3) specification, 1 channel input; supports synchronous/asynchronous transmission
     mode, supports multiple transmission rates
4) Supports 8 channels of sampled value (SMV) message output in accordance with IEC 61850-9-2
    specification, and sampling points output at equal intervals, fully comply the latest standards of State Grid
5) Supports 12 GOOSE outputs, 8 GOOSE inputs, it can be configured in any optical port; GOOSE
    supports single point, double point, time, floating point, integral type
6) It can set individually the quality bit for each channel
7) It can simulate MU delay
8) It has virtual terminal test function
9) It has message oscillography function, it can receive and parse sampled value (SMV) messages in
    accordance with IEC 61850-9-2, GOOSE messages, and realize self-loop testing of the output of the device;
    it can also receive fiber signal from merging units (MU) or other IEDs and shows its waveform, amplitude,
    angle and frequency in real time
