The working principle of the strut:

When the motor is not working, the resistance of the screw rod, the resistance of the motor gear box, the spring force and the gravity of the door form a balance torque to keep the door hovering at any position.

Q2: The tail gate door can only drop and rise half and stop, so what to do?	A2: Put the lifting rod up and down manually for dozens of times or shut the tail door, Squeezing the tail door a few minutes could solve the problem.
