General Data

Gas components

Coal bed gas is a kind of burnable gas without any color, taste and smell. It will explode if the concentration ranges at 5%-16%, and if oxygen larger than 12%, it will also explode when meets the naked light or temperature between 650℃ to 750℃. Explosive power will be biggest if concentration is 9.5%. It will not explode if concentration lager than 16%. It was generated by coal or rotten plants and exist in two state: absorbing and dissociate.

7. Coal bed gas humidity≤ 40℃

If there are too much sulfur and ammonia in the gas, it will not only corrode the electrode of sparking plug heavily but also increase the acid value of engine oil which will corrode the parts inside of genset, easy to generate  precipitate and increase the attrition corrosion to the engine.

Specification for Coal Bed Gas Generator set:

• Generator Configuration: Natural gas engine, Fan and Radiator assembly, Muffler, Lingyu Alternator, Zhongzhi Controller, Base, Battery, etc.

• Genset Control System integrated in the chassis, with Zhongzhi generator set controller module.

• Gas valve integrated in the chassis, which include: hand cut-off valve, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulation valve, safety shutdown valve, flame arrester.

• Gas engine: On the base of the world-famous brand --- Cummins diesel engine, Puchuang re-development and manufacture gas engine against the characteristics and control features when gas burning in cylinders.  The production process of the main key parts is in strict accordance with international advanced level from raw materials to processing precision. The special process and design can make sure the stability and durability of the engine
