1. Description 

 High power LiFePO4 Battery Module with compact designed metal housing, built-in smart BMS and LCD display as a key-turn and plug-and-play battery solution to direct drop in Replacement on lead-acid(AGM/GEL) battery for military AGV. Providing twice the run-time at approximately half the weight of a comparatively sized lead-acid battery, excellent float and cycle life over 2000 times results in low operating costs with high investment returns.

The ratio between discharge capacity and charge capacity should be not less than the following value

At 20±5℃ discharge the battery with the current of20A to the cut-off voltage and record charge capacity. Store the battery at the following temperature for 2h and discharge the battery with 20A to the cut-off voltage.

3Low Temperature Discharge TestingThe battery should be no remarkable breakage, distortion. Discharge time should not less than 180 minute

 

Place a full charged battery under the environments of -20℃ for 15-24 hours. Discharge it at the current of 200mA to the cut-off voltage. Then keep it at 20℃±5℃ for 2 hours.

 
4Constant Humidity & Temperature TestingThe battery should be no remarkable breakage, distortion. Discharge time should not less than180minsPlace a full charged battery under the environments of 40℃ and 90% - 95%RH for 48 hours. And keep it in the room temperature for 2 hours. Then discharge it at the current of 200mA to the cut-off voltage.

Light weight 48V16AH LiFePO4 battery pack Storage & Transportation:
  • Based on the character of cell, proper environment for transportation of LiFePO4 battery pack need to be created to protect the battery.
  • Battery should be stayed in the ware house -20℃~35℃ where it’s dry, clean, shade, and well-ventilated.
  • The battery should be stored in 50% SOC during transportation.
  • The battery need to be charged every 6 months if out of use.
