Our continuous powder surface coating systems are designed on the base of German know how, and can be used for coating of various powders like calcium carbonate (GCC, PCC), kaolin, talc, mica, graphite, barium sulfate, white carbon black, carbon black, magnesium hydrate, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, and is suitable for a variety of solid/liquid coating agents, like aluminate coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, silane coupling agent and stearic acid.

 

We have developed 3 different continuous surface treatment systems/ coating systems on the base of successful experience of Hosokawa Alpine and Omya Group, pin mill coating machine, turbo mill coating machine, rotor mill coating machine.

 

High-speed rotation creates great vortex flow inside these special-shaped rooms. Powder and coating agent are mixed in the high-speed gas-solid vortex flows. Coating machine with both surface coating and particle dispersing functions is suitable for various powders with different fineness, and has a unique coating effect for the materials with small apparent specific gravity and high volume to weight ratio.

 

Automatic temperature control system ensures stable high temperature for coating agent melting into liquid and mixing with uncoated powder. Heating and cooling of powder and coating agent are completed in one machine, which does not need independent cooling system.

 

High utilization ratio of coating agent, high powder-coated rate, high activation grade, low energy consumption, and very few agglomerates in final coated product. The whole system is operated under negative pressure, no dust emission, and low labor intensity.

 

 

Surface-treated limestone powder - generally called “coated limestone powder” - is used as a filler in the production of PVC as well as other plastics. Limestone or ground calcium carbonate (GCC) with a fineness of d97: 45micron to 5micron as well as precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) of d50 < 0.1micron are mainly used.

 

The most important target with this process is a uniform and complete distribution of the coating agent in the limestone powder. The proportion of coating agent is only 0.4- 1.4% by weight for GCC and up to 5% weight for PCC. And in order to uniformly supply this small quantity to the large amount of limestone,the coating agent is melted and then mixed with the limestone powder. Natural or synthethic max (eg. Stearic acid) is predominantly used as a coating agent.

Package & Delivery

1) What are our main products?

 

- We design and manufacture various powder grinding mills, classifiers, coating machines,

mixing machines, etc.

 

2) What service do we supply?

 

- We offer consultancy for project feasibility assessment, process flow definition,

preliminary layout and factory building plan, project budget, project time schedule, etc.

 

- We supply sample processing tests in our test station where are equipped with our

various machine products, to help clients compare performances of different types of

machines or process.

 

- We supply project engineering, automation engineering and civil engineering.

 

- We send engineers to the clients’ project site and offer on-site technical instruction and

supervision during the machine installation, commissioning and test run.

 

3) How long time is our delivery?

 

- 60 to 90 days after the down payment received.

 

4) What payment terms do we offer?

 

- 30% by T/T as down payment;

 

- 70% by T/T before shipment or irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

5) What kind of shipment can we do?

 

- For complete machines, standard containers or frame containers by sea.

 

- For spare parts, wooden Case and pallet for delivery by air.

 

6) What service can we supply for machine installation and test run?

 

- We send engineers to the clients’ project site and offer on-site technical instruction and

supervision during the machine installation, commissioning and test run.

 

7) What is our warranty policy?

 

- We offer warranty of 12 months after installation or 18 months after the delivery.

 

- We offer lifetime service for our machine products after the delivery, and will follow up

the machine status with our clients after the successful machine installation in our clients’

factories.
