Product Description:

Over all Control Of Coating Line

 

Circuit control:

 

This set of equipment adopts man-machine interface control and control panel control, and sets protection (overload, phase loss, leakage) for spraying production line, supply and exhaust system, conveying line, spray gun, curing furnace and other control systems.

 

The air supply and exhaust system of the spray room is controlled by frequency conversion (or manually adjust the air valve).

 

B: Compressed air piping:

 

Gas pipelines are equipped with pressure gauges and flow control valves.

 

 

The air pipes in the spraying area shall be precisely filtered by oil removal, water removal, etc. Party A shall equip Party B with the required air pressure gas and provide spraying

 

If the stable gas required by the equipment is unstable after the air flow is led to the workshop due to the long pipeline, the air pipeline in the painting workshop is buffered

 

The cans shall be handled by Party A..

Design Description:

2) Workpiece name: wardrobe door panel, office desktop, and children's furniture

3) Maximum and minimum size of the product: length 3000mmx800mmx50mm

4) Output: single shift 8 hours project output demand: 300 ㎡ parts (actual production capacity according to the size of the plate)

5) Workshop height: 7 meters

6) Basic process flow: upper part → preheating 1→ auto-static electric spray powder → curing 1→ curing 2→ curing 3→ ladder cooling → quality inspection → lower part

 

 

1. Preparation of the upper part: the plate must be properly opened hanging holes, matching with the secondary hook, using conveyor raceways or

Turnover car to the top parts area.

2. The workpiece is hung into the online hanging plate;

3. Automatically enter the plate preheating furnace; (with temperature and time Settings)

4. Spray powder on six sides of the powder chamber; (A/B side is optional powder mode)

5. Check the spraying effect and powder rate in the dusting area, and adjust the dusting control reasonably;

6. Automatically enter the curing furnace; (with temperature and time setting);

7. Enter the step cooling zone step by step release;

8. Open running with the line natural cooling to the lower part area;

9. Workpiece offline, inspection, packaging;
