Chain Block type TB is competitive manual chain block with industrial performance. They
are manufactured by VITALI-INTL Lifting Equipment Ltd, according to European and American standards.
The whole series of Chain Block type TB contains 0.5 tonne, 1 tonne, 1.5 tonne, 2 tonne, 3 tonne,
3.2 tonne, 5 tonne, 10 tonne, 15 tonne, 20 tonne and 30 tonne in
load capacity. They are mainly exported to American and
European markets.
Standard Features
1. Chain Block TB Type meets all pertinent world standards
2. Hardened steel rollers supporting the load sheaves run smoother
and last longer than bearings
3. Spur gear efficiency reduces operator effort. Double pawl and
double guide rollers enhance performance, safety and reliability
4. Load chain is alloy steel grade 80 according to ISO16877
5. Deformation indicators – Two strategically placed marks allows
for measurement to determine if the throat opening has changed thus
indicating abuse or overload
6. Equipped with wide throat top and bottom drop forged hooks that
are designed to bend slowly to warn of overloads
7. Every chain block is operationally tested to 150% of the rated
capacity and issued an individual test certificate with unique
serial number
8. Safety factor: 4 times of the rated capacity
9. Overload protection system
10. Caged roller bearings on load sprocket
11. Zinc plated load chain
12. Cast safety latches
13. Thrust bearings in bottom hook assembly
