The pre-motor filter is located near the vacuum cleaner's motor. Its purpose is to protect the motor from debris and dust. Pre-motor filters are often made of foam or fabric and need to be cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain optimal performance. Nylon(polyamide) mesh and polyester mesh are the mostly used for the pre-motor filter in the vacuum cleaner.

 

Nylon filter mesh is the most popular and economical synthetic filtration mesh. Another cutting method, ultrasonic punching enables precisely defined openings to be made in filter mesh in the highest quality. These mesh shapes are convenient for custom injection moulding.

Ultrasonic Cutting and Welding Tubes

 

With our heat and ultrasonic cutting technologies, we can create tubes down to a minimum diameter of 5 mm. The tubes are equipped with one or two functional seams according to the requirement, which provide the necessary seam strength. The ultrasonic welded tubes have one overlapping weld with more strength.

Our injection moulded filters products consist of a filter mesh held in a plastic frame. Injection moulding will drop hot plastic in a custom made mould with a synthetic or metallic mesh inside.
