  1. Coating Performance: Polyaspartic polyurea boasts exceptional UV resistance, high elasticity, and a tensile strength that exceeds 400%. Traditional waterproofing materials can't match this.   2. Tensile Strength: Polyaspartic polyurea's tensile strength exceeds 10MPa, indicating its remarkable stress variation capacity.   4. Temperature Resistance: Traditional waterproofing materials cannot be applied at temperatures below 5°C and might become brittle and crack in extreme cold. They might also soften or even melt in high heat. In contrast, polyaspartic polyurea can be used in a temperature range of -20 to 120°C, making it suitable for both extremely cold and hot environments.
  5. Integrity: Polyaspartic polyurea can be applied by hand brushing, roller coating, or spraying, forming a seamless membrane. This continuity eliminates the gaps that can occur with overlapped traditional waterproofing rolls.
  6. Superior Weather Resistance: Polyaspartic polyurea inherently possesses excellent weather resistance. It can be directly exposed as the outermost layer, serving as a protective layer without needing an additional protective layer, which reduces construction costs and building load.
  7. Longevity: Polyaspartic polyurea has a lifespan exceeding 30 years, often referred to as the "long-lasting coating" or "luxury coating." Traditional waterproofing rolls last only 3-6 years, and coatings last 1-5 years. This difference explains the industry's growing affection for polyaspartic polyurea.
  8. Safety and Environmental Protection: Traditional waterproof rolls require heat to melt, posing fire hazards and emitting harmful gases. Most coatings, except water-based ones, contain diluents or solvents with high VOCs, which are harmful, flammable, and explosive. Polyaspartic polyurea, with 100% solid content and zero VOC emissions, is safe and eco-friendly.
  9. Efficiency: Traditional waterproofing requires extensive manual labor, making it slow and costly. Polyaspartic polyurea cures quickly and offers diverse application methods, significantly saving time and labor.
  10. Convenience: Polyaspartic polyurea can be applied over old waterproofing layers, eliminating the need to remove the existing layer, saving time and costs associated with demolition.
