LMS type plum blossom elastic coupling
Scope of application and performance characteristics
1. LMS (original MLS) type - double flange type plum blossom
elastic coupling is mainly composed of two convex teeth closely
meshed and subjected to radial extrusion to transmit torque. When
the two axes are relatively offset, the elastic element will occur.
The corresponding elastic deformation plays an automatic
compensation role.
2. Plum-shaped elastic couplings are mainly suitable for work
occasions with frequent starting, forward and reverse rotation,
medium and high speed, medium torque and high reliability, such as:
metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, lifting,
transportation, light industry, Textiles, pumps, fans, etc. The
working environment temperature is -35℃~+80℃, the nominal torque is
25~12500Nm, and the allowable speed is 1500~15300r/min.
3. Compared with other couplings, the plum blossom elastic coupling
has the following characteristics:
(1) The work is stable and reliable, with good vibration reduction,
buffering and electrical insulation properties.
(2) Simple structure, small radial size, light weight and small
moment of inertia, suitable for medium and high speed occasions.
(3) It has large axial, radial and angular compensation
capabilities.
(4) High-strength polyurethane elastic elements are wear-resistant
and oil-resistant, have large bearing capacity, long service life,
and are safe and reliable.
(5) The coupling does not need to be lubricated, the maintenance
workload is less, and it can run continuously for a long time.
Scope of application
Plum couplings are widely used in CNC machine tools, CNC lathes, machining centers, engraving machines, CNC milling machines, computer gongs, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, lifting machinery, transportation machinery, light industry machinery, textile machinery , pumps, fans, etc.
