MX Press Freewheel Cam Clutch Bearing
Production introduction
The backstop will generate a certain amount of heat during operation, so it should be properly ventilated. When the backstop operates at the allowable speed, the temperature can reach 80 ℃. It is necessary to check the impact on the host equipment and take appropriate measures if necessary. When the ambient temperature exceeds 38 ℃ or when working in open air, protective measures shall be taken to prevent the temperature of the backstop from exceeding the allowable temperature of 80 ℃. For example, ventilation equipment or cooling equipment, sunshade or reflective coating shall be used. There should be no exposed corrosive chemicals or vapors around the backstop, such as potassium sulfate dust, chlorine, carbon tetrachloride, etc., which will damage the seal. In order to prevent the reverse or smooth phenomenon of inclined belt conveyor when stopping with load, the check or braking device shall be added according to the specific situation after the calculation of braking torque. Roller backstop is applicable to the head drum. It is driven by reducer with large power and drum diameter. The belt conveyor with reducer above zq65 is more suitable for upward conveying and inclination ≤ 18 degrees. Its advantages are rapid backstop and small reverse distance. It is the backstop of large and medium-sized inclined conveyor. It is widely used in reducer matching, coking plant and transportation machinery, conveyors, hoists, electric rollers and other mechanical equipment requiring backstop requirements
When mounting the clutch on a shaft, apply pressure to the clutch
inner race end, but never to the outer race.
Proper selection of the Cam Clutch provides accurate indexing
performance. A braking device and a backstopping device may also be
required for more accurate performance.
The tolerance of the hub bore should be H6 or H7
