Mould Trade Process
Quote:According to sample, drawing and specific requirement.

Discussion:Mold material, cavity number, price, runner, payment,
etc.
↓
S/C Signature:Approval for all the items
↓
Advance:Pay 40% by T/T
↓
Product Design Checking:We check the product design. If some
position is not perfect, or can not be done on the mould, we will
send customer the report
↓
Mold Tooling:We start to make mold after mold design confirmed
↓
Mold Processing:Send report to customer once each week
↓
Mold Testing:Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for
confirmation.
↓
Pay 30% by T/T on trial samples
↓
Mold Modification:According to customer's feedback
↓
Balance settlement:30% by T/T after the customer approved the trial
sample and mould quality.

Delivery:Delivery by sea or air. The forwarder can be designated by

A: Usually, the mold life is at least 300K, the different type mold
has the different life.

A: Yes, the customize samples could be provided within 35 days.
Q5. What 's the lead time of mass production?
A: About 15 days after getting the mold sample confirmed.
Q6. What’s the capacity per month?
A: Over 50 thousand pieces per month for plastice injection part
series.
Over 10 thousand pieces per month for the product mold series.
Q7. Where is your plant?
A: Located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China.

Q10.How to ensure you build the correct mold for us?
To avoid the misunderstanding, We will offer DFM report ( Design
for Mold,
Include the parting line, ejector pin location, plastic thickness,
draft etc information) and mold structure for you to check the
project detail before the mold building.
Q11. What can we do if we want to do some modification?
If the size is not within the tolerance according the drawing, we
will modify the mold FREE.If you have new requirement after
sampling, we will give you some modify method for choice, for
example A and B, A cost 200 USD, B cost 400 USD, but after we
modified we find method A can't meet your requirement, we will
modify the mold by method B in FREE.
Q12.How to ensure plastic injection molding deliver on time?
We will send mold processing images every week, part dimension
measure report, part samples and molded video for you to check the
detail.
Q13. Does our design safe in your factory?
A: We keep secret to your idea and your design from part design to
mold design.
Q. Can you give us some suggestions on how to build the molds ?
A: Yes, we will review your product and plastic design and offer
