Plastic Battery Mould is a part of injection machine, which is used when the battery box and lids are produced .
“FBR” have rich experience in manufacturing Plastic Battery box mould ,We’re professional in the moulds production especaillay in the Plastic Battery Mould,such as car battery,motocycle,UPS station battery,Industrial battery and Millitary battery .
 
We supply to many battries company.So I think our quality can reach your requirments ,You just send me your battery box ,lids and other spare parts drawing and I will give you all details for it .We have the best mould quality .In our factory , we use standard mould base ,you can choose multi-cavity ,multiple kinds of core steels .and you can choose YUDO hot runner system to guarantee the wall thickness evenly.Each insert we polish by hand to avoid any demolding scratch happened,Efficient cooling system to make the cycle time less than 60s.per shot.Long time continuous mould testing to ensure the mould will have nice performance in customer’s factory .This technical can save our customer lots of cost and time.

 
Our fist telecom battery line is GFM,which approved good in cyclic,fast charging and high temperature tolerant by 20 years operation.
We continusly developed various series and models for specific scenarios in terms of temperature endurance, cyclic and fast charging performance.
