Product Description of Plastic Auxiliary Machine strand cutting
Water-cooling strand pelletizing line consists of stainless steel
water tank for cooling and strand pelletizer for PE, PVC, PA, PP,
PS, PET and ABS cutting. Strand pelletizing is widely applied
pelletizing process suitable for almost all materials. This process
features simple equipment structure and convenient operation and
maintenance. When pelletizing is performed in cold condition,
pellets sticking can be avoided. This water-cooling strand
pelletizing line (water-cooling strand pelletizer) adopts parallel
twin screw, which is specially designed for waste PET processing.
The pelletizer line can adopt different palletizing methods
according to different moulds, such as strand type pelletizer,
water ring pelletizer and underwater pelletizer. The most common
pelletizing method for compounding is strand pelletizer. The
water-cooling strand pelletizing line offers a larger feed opening
allowing for increased output.
