1. Pre-sale Consulting:Please confirm our customer service staff of
the style,size,quantity,production
process requirement and customized patterns of customized
products,please call us,we will give you an accurate quotation.
2. Layout Design:After confirming the quotation,if typesetting is required,we will contact the designer to design the sample. 3.Check the pattern:After our designer designs the draft according to your requirements,we will give you the draft for reference,if there is any need to improve,you can put forward to your suggestions.
4. Confirm the final draft:After repeated communication and modification,the final draft is determined,once determined,it can not be changed.
5. Order to make:When confirming the final draft,we will make them,if you need samples,we can provide,when finishing the sample,we can send it to you.
6. Delivery:When finished,we will send the goods to you.

5. Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I
place a sample order?
Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample
cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the
sample buttons for you after payment received and take pictures for
your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample
buttons, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
6. Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price
level?
Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle and
high-end level prices in high quality.We can beat any quote by 5%.
7. Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time?
Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the
quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past
experience, if the customers want to change the logos or designs
after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so
please ensure there are no mistake in the first time.
8. What is your opinion for small orders?
We can accept the min order quantity is 100pcs per color, except
for some items have the min quantity limitation.
