Product Introduction:

High quality HDPE geocell is a kind of using high density
polyethylene (HDPE) and ultrasonic technology joint welded together
3d mesh structure, ensure the consistency of slope erosion
resistance, more durable performance, flexible packaging and

your projects and civil engineering application requirements.

Product features:

1) Light material, resistant to wear, stable in chemical
properties, anti-aging, resistant to acids and alkalis, applicable
to different soil and desert and other geological conditions.

2)High limit on lateral direction, anti-skidding, anti-deformation, effectively enhance the supporting ability and scattered load function of roadbed.

3)High carrying capacity and good dynamic performance and high erosion ability

Laying method

Construction precautions.
① The maximum strength direction of the grid shall be consistent with the direction bearing the maximum stress.
② Direct driving of heavy vehicles on the laid geogrid shall be avoided.
③ The cutting and stitching amount of geogrid shall be minimized to avoid waste.
④ During construction in cold seasons, the geogrid becomes hard and easy to cut hands and rub knees.

Application:

It is mainly used in foundation reinforcement, soft foundation
treatment, steep slope protection, landslide prevention and hybrid
retaining wall subject to load and weight; especially suitable for
weathered mountain forests, deserts and swamps.
