PP PE CORRUGATED PIPE SINGLE SCREW PLASTIC EXTRUDER
General Introduction:
This series of Extruders are usually used to produce Corrugated Pipe, coordinate with other auxiliary equipments to form a complete extrusion production line.
It includes HSJ-45 Model and HSJ-65 Model, which can manufacture corrugated pipe scope: φ5-9mm, φ13-25mm, φ16-40mm.
HSJ-45/65mm Single Screw Extruder, which is installed with one φ45mm or φ65mm screw, is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC,ABS, PA, etc.
This SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
This Extruder Plasticizing performance is super excerllent, by a accurately control temperature system, <0.1℃. While a better controlled polymers will gives high glossy, shining, friction resisting corrugates wall surface.
