General Introduction:

HSJ-30/28 Single Screw Plastic Extruder can be used for extruding pvc filament efficiently. It adopts involute gear transmission, with low noise, stable operation, large bearing capacity and long life. This Extruder adopts the overall design to strengthen the plasticizing function, ensure high performance and stable extrusion.

• New high performance alloy steel is used in screw and barrel, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength and so on.

• There are two kinds of structures in the heating section of barrel, groove and smooth section, which can meet the demand of different raw materials.

• The screw geometric parameters can be customized according to the customer's requirements, different raw materials can be used for different products, and the screw adopts different L/D and structure to meet the needs of different customers.
