The micro-cracks of the material occur and the bearing breaks. Since the internal stress of the fractured inner ring is basically normal, it can be judged that the fracture is not related to the original internal stress of the bearing and the heat treatment process, and is only due to the use of the bearing. The bearing part of the roller conveyor of the first rolled billet is often invaded by cooling water, which will be detrimental to the normal use of the bearing. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the seal inside the bearing support and add auxiliary devices such as water throwing rings.
