24V Two SPST Disinfectant Chlorine Meter For The Measurement Of Chlorine

 

 

Brief Introduction

  • Residual chlorine means that after chlorine is put into the water, in addition to the bacteria, microorganisms, organics, inorganics, etc. in the water, a part of the chlorine is consumed, and a part of the chlorine is left. This part of the chlorine is called residual chlorine. Residual chlorine can be divided into chemical residual chlorine and free residual chlorine. Total residual chlorine is the sum of chemical residual chlorine and free residual chlorine.

  • DUC series disinfectant chlorine meter is a digital universal controller for measuring the concentration of chlorine. Each controller will be pre-installed with a set of embedded software to adapt to different disinfectant sensors.

  • Users can use the operation panel in front of the DUC controller to calibrate the sensor, set the output parameters, and routine maintenance, which is convenient and quick.

  • The enclosure protection grade of this meter is IP66. This material can effectively isolate the pollution and corrosive gas from the external environment.

  • The instrument has 2 SPST multifunctional relays that can be set and 2 high-precision 0/4~20mA current outputs.

 

Advantages Of The Chlorine Meter

  • The DUC disinfectant chlorine analyzer has the functions of clock and historical data recording, which can meet the higher management requirements of users for data.
  • The CL meter has a 3.2-inch display screen and uses a 128*64 black and white graphic dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, with reasonable interface settings and simple operation.

  • The shell material of the instrument is reinforced ABS, the shell is strong, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. The overall size of the DUC free chlorine meter is 144*144*120mm, and the user can choose a variety of installation methods such as wall-mounted installation, pipe clamping installation, and panel installation.

  • The controller has a power-off protection configuration, and the parameters can be kept indefinitely.

 

 

Applications Of The Chlorine Meter

 

It is applied to online monitoring of chlorine concentration in drinking water and industrial process water disinfection and sterilization process, sewage treatment and circulating cooling water treatment, and can also be used in swimming pools and other places where chlorine concentration needs to be measured.
