Features

1.A variety of filling doses and filling methods are available, and a
variety of material front-end functions are optional.
2.The injection needle is used for filling with the liquid level
rising to prevent splashing of liquid medicine.
3.The vacuum filling system is suitable for viscous materials to
ensure that the liquid medicine fills the filling space without
bubbles or faults, and improves the qualified rate of finished
products.
4.The vacuum stopper system avoids particles generated by the
vibration and friction of the rubber stopper, and ensures that the
rubber stopper is in close contact with the liquid surface.
5.Modular design, easy to locate, easy to expand, can be used as a
stand-alone machine, can also be connected to the nesting machine,
rotating rod machine, labeling machine, light inspection machine
and other equipment to form a production line.
6.Optional hundred-level laminar flow hood to achieve high-demand
clean production.
