Description:
UPI Integrate Universal Pulverizer is pulverizing machine with
integrated dust collecting system. UPI Integrate Universal
Pulverizer is suitable for the material crushing by the industries
of pharmaceutics, chemical and foodstuff etc.
Working principle
The relative movement between the pin rotor and fixed disc will
impact, grind and crush target materials to reduce priticle size.
By changing different designs and specifications of the pin rotor,
operator realizes different pulverizing functions on the same
machine.
Features:
UPI Integrate Universal Pulverizer meets requirements for low
temperature, dust free and controllable output size powder
processing.
Several measure can be taken to control processing temperature
1. The processing chamber also takes in cooling air at the same
time
2. Control the speed of feeding by an adjustable, speed control
screw feeder
thus to make sure that the temperature of processing material is
lower than set value (eg: 35°C).
The whole powder processing finishs in an airtight system. Exhaust
air is filtered and then release into the environment.
Different granularity can be obtained by adjusting speed of pin
rotary and replacing different mesh sieves.
Platform design, operator can put container under discharge port or
make connections to receive finished products.
