Product Description:

The production process of wood pellet machine includes three steps
of crushing, drying and molding, and the process is as follows:
1. Raw material crushing:
Raw materials are preliminarily crushed by the jaw crusher, and
then sent to the ball mill by the belt conveyor, and then finely
crushed and then conveyed to the vibrating screen for
classification.
2. Drying:
The material is heated in the drying room to about 50-70°C and
enters the airflow drying room for heat exchange, and the
temperature can reach above 100°C; the material falls in a fluffy
shape (ie boiling drying) in the drying room, further evaporates
water in the hot air flow, and then filters out the finished
product through filter bags. If it is necessary to further reduce
the dust content of the tail gas and use the induced draft fan,
install a dust collector.
3. Granulation:
When the granules are cooled to the point that they are not sticky
to the hands, they are released from the mold hole and become
granule products with uniform particle size. Due to the advantages
of low investment and low energy consumption, the equipment is
widely used in the mechanism charcoal industry and biomass energy
industry and other users who need to produce various fuels.

It is used to ship finished products and protect products from
pollution and moisture deterioration during transportation.
5. Conveying device:
The equipment that transports the formed product to the next
process, such as belt conveyor line, screw conveyor, bucket
elevator, etc.
