※Description:
The peanut roasting cooiling equipment is designed with both
roasting and cooling functions, which is suitable for batch
continuous production. The equipment is driven by a large stick
chain driven by a motor to spread the material forward on the mesh
belt.
The roasting part passes through the material layer through the hot
air and exchanges heat energy with the material to achieve
high-quality baking. The cooling part passes through the material
layer and passes through the cold air. Heat energy exchange of
materials to realize rapid cooling of materials.
The chain-plate conveying structure makes the materials move
smoothly and eliminates the peeling phenomenon caused by the
rolling friction between the materials. The color of the baked
materials is uniform and there is no damage.

The roasting equipment is driven by a motor chain to drive the nuts

temperature automatic control system, and the current temperature
and set temperature can be checked through the thermostat. In the
process of continuous roasting of nuts, the thickness of the
spreading material, the heating temperature and the speed of the
mesh belt are adjusted according to the process requirements.
