Characteristics:
1.The crown surface of the drill bit is a medium-polished surface, which is suitable for medium-hard to hard and highly abrasive formations and high-speed operations.
2. The design of medium cast surface has the advantages of good stability,good guidance quality and strong impact resistance. There are 3 nozzles in the conical surface which can clean the bit better and clean away the rock debris so that it can prevent repeatedly cuting rock debris during the drilling.
3. The staggered arrangement of teeth of the drill bit performs full coverage and cutting of the formation. The drill bit has evenly arranged teeth, and the back inclination angle is controlled at 15°-20°. The mechanical speed is high, and the drilling is stable.
4. The gauge surface is inlaid with spaced double-row alloy gauge bars, with enhanced wear resistance and good gauge gauge effect.
5. The angle of the 3 blades is different, so the fluid rock debris can expel from the hole quickly and the bit will not be wrapped by the mud when it drills in a high rotary speed. The efficiency will be improved.
