TS16949 Certification High Tg170 FR4 PCB Board with OSP Surface Finish

The 2 layers double-sided FR4 PCB Board is applied for medical testing apparatu, with 1.6 mm board thickness. The specification of the FR4 PCB board is 210*167 mm, with OSP surface finish. The minimum aperture is 0.4 mm and green solder mask.
