Product Details
1 General description
PCB for LED lighting is a type of Aluminum PCB for the application
of Led Lighting. It's a
single layer MCPCB board at 1.6 mm thick with 2W/MK thermal
conductivity.
The aluminum plate is from ITEQ, Solder mask and silkscreen from
Taiyo.
It's fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data.
Each 10
boards or panels are packed separately.

A: 1. 4 full Lines of latest FUJI NXTIII SMT machines, it can place all different size of SMD parts accurately and quickly. We also have online SPI,AOI machines for solder paste inspection and place inspection make sure screen print and soldering quality good .
2. Automatic E-bridge , it can check the all the resistors and capacitors for the first SMT finished board.
3. X-RAY, It can check the quality of BGA ball soldering under scanning.
4. Online 3D SPI(Solder paste inspection), it can check the screen sprint quality.
5. Online AOI, it can check mistakes of pick and place machine and soldering quality.
6. Reflow oven, we have 4 reflow ovens with 8 temperature range ,10 temperature range and 12 temperature range to match different materials.
Q: what is the Process capacity of SMT?
A: Our Machine could handle SMD size that small than 01005, BGA pitch at 0.4mm. And it can load 200 kinds of parts in one line. All processes are follow ROHS.
Q: What does we need for PCBA production?
A: Bill Of Material (BOM), Gerber, pick and place files will be needed.
