and battery connectors are one of them. This device is becoming

connectors are conductors used to carry current between components
in a battery circuit. For example, it is used as a connector
between single cells and between battery terminals and battery pack
terminals.
As an important part of the battery board assembly, the connector
connects the battery board and the bracket to electrically connect
the battery board to other devices. Structural accessories such as

The determining factor of battery quality is whether the battery components are installed intact, which determines the battery life. Improper installation of battery components will cause the battery to "die" prematurely. Proper battery component connection can reduce circuit wear, prevent fires, and increase battery life.
1. Find the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Usually
red is the positive terminal and black is the negative terminal.
2. Connect the red positive terminal of the cable to the positive
terminal of the battery and the black negative terminal to the
negative terminal of the battery.
3. Make sure the cable connections are secure to reduce resistance
and prevent short circuits.
1. Contact parts. This part is the main part of the connector to
complete the entire electrical connection function. It is divided
into two parts, the male contact and the negative contact. The
normal electrical connection operation is completed by inserting
these two plug-ins.
2. Insulator. The main function of this part is to arrange the
position and spacing of the contacts, while also ensuring that
different contacts are in an insulated state and no reaction is
found. When selecting an insulator, be sure to evaluate the
material’s insulation, voltage resistance, and ease of processing.
3. Shell. This part is also called the shell, which is the outer
cover part of the connector. It not only plays a role in mechanical
maintenance, but also provides calibration services during mating
to ensure that the connector can be smoothly fixed to the device.
4. Attachments. This part is mainly divided into two types:
accessories and device accessories, which mainly refer to some
fragmentary combinations of small parts, such as clamp rings,
positioning pins, positioning keys, sealing rings, etc.
