Mindray Imec10 Patient Monitor ECG+Sp02+NIBP+Temp Parameter Board
The multi-parameter module, NIBP pump and electromagnetic valve are placed in the multi-parameter module bracket and secured to the back box with 4 screws.
The multi-parameter module is connected to the breakout board via a 2×7 pin cable, supplies power to the parameter module, communicates with the main board, and realizes analog output and synchronous defibrillation output. It uses the DSP processor as its core. For ECG applications, the ECG_ASIC chip developed by Mindray is used to perform 3/5/12-lead ECG and RESP (Lead I/II optional) measurements, greatly simplifying signal sampling and ECG verification with DSP.
For NIBP, IBP, TEMP measurements, a high-precision ADC is used to directly sample the corresponding parameter signals. Mindray SpO2 measurement is performed by stacking the caps. Nellcor and Masi-mo SpO2 boards are also compatible with multi-parameter modules, connected via BTB connectors
1. Place the device on the workbench as shown in the figure below, and unscrew the four M4X10 screws:
2. Separately disconnect the multi-parameter signal line, blood pressure tube, ECG signal line, the cable between the parameter board and the interface board, the CO2 communication cable (optional) and the cable between the interface board and the M03B module (optional), As shown below
3. For standard equipment, the parameter module assembly can be removed directly.
4. For equipment with non-standard configuration, take out the parameter connector assembly and parameter module assembly from the rear shell, and separate the two assemblies according to the actual configuration:
For those configured with C.O. function: disconnect the C.O. signal cable, and then separate the parameter connector assembly and parameter module assembly, as shown below;
For those who have configured the C.O. function: disconnect the C.O. signal line, and then separate the parameter connector assembly and the parameter module assembly, as shown in the figure
To configure the mainstream CO2 function: disconnect the mainstream CO2 signal line, and then separate the parameter connector component and the parameter module component, as shown in the figure below
To configure the mainstream CO2 function: disconnect the mainstream CO2 signal line, and then separate the parameter connector component and the parameter module component, as shown in the figure below
To configure the micro-flow CO2 function: disconnect the CO2 pipeline, take the micro-flow CO2 joint assembly out of the parameter joint assembly, and then separate the parameter joint assembly from the parameter module assembly, as shown in the figure
Configure the Mindray M02C CO2 module: disconnect the cables between the CO2 tube, tube 1 and tube 2, the interface board and the M02C module, and then separate the parameter connector component from the parameter module component, as shown in the figure below
Notes
1. All pipes should be properly assembled and not snapped when reassembled.
2. For the equipment configured with optional C.O. or CO2 module, be sure to remove the parameter connector assembly and the parameter module assembly from the rear shell together, and then separate the two modules
3. Standard configuration, remove the parameter module separately
