Functions &Features
1. Auto reverse function
Built in intelligent detection technology allows arm rise up if comes across obstacles when falling. And it will stop if it hits something when rising.
A: Infrared photocell design(optional) is recommended for avoiding the crash when the boom is falling, so as to prevent the vehicles from being pressed.
B: Rubber liming(optional) is recommended to protect vehicle from anty damages.
2. Arm swing out.
Unique design of boom tray allows arm to swing out when hit directly by vehicle.
3. Heavy duty AC motor.
Perfect match of heavy duty AC motor and intelligent control panel produce strong &powerful system. It can easily lift on even with additional signage installed.
4. The humanized clutch device.
In case of power off, unlock the clutch device and raise the boom manually by the time the power is power is supplied, lock the clutch device to make it working normally again.
5. Solid design casing with waterproof protection.
Barrier gate casing is made with 2.00 thickness mild steel to enhance toughness and sturdiness of the gate by the time. It can lengthen the durablity of usage and also to sustain longer arm with coated waterproof protection.

Motor works but there is no reaction on the arm. A. Please check whether the clutch device is locked or not. Q2. There is too much vibrant when the boom is rising or falling. A. Please check whether the shock absorption rubber is broken or not, if yes, change a new one. B. Please check whether the balance spring is overused and distorted. If yes, change a new one. C. Please check whether the balance spring is overused and distorted.If yes, change a new one, or spin bottom adjust nut. Q3. The boom could not rise up or fall down to the end. A. When change a long boom to a short one, please readjust it. B. The sensor does not plug well, please check it. C. The " Speed adjust switch" is wrong adjust, please readjust it. Q4.
