Product Description:
High speed automatic jumbo roll slitting and rewinding machines is a high speed paper rolls slitting device, which makes single layer paper slitting and rewinding into two, three or four layer paper with various widths for the production of napkin, hankies, box facial tissue. The machine has the advantages of good mechanical behavior, compact structure, full pneumatic device, stable running, easy operation and solid rollers making, which make it an ideal equipment for the paper mills. Main Function and Characteristics:
1. The machine adopts synchronous belt transmission, which can keep
stable and low noise even under high-speed operation.
2. The paper ejection rack adopts an ultra-wide belt to feed paper,
which greatly increases the friction force when the base paper is
conveyed.
3. Equipped with new fasten unit, making it is more convenient to
adjust the base paper.
4. With the devices of pneumatic paper loading and edge vacuum
suction.
5. Equipped with automatic finished roll discharging, which
can solve the deformation phenomenon caused by fallen paper and
