Description:

Paper cake Cup/Bowl Making Machine is an automatic forming machine. It has improved the speed and quality basing on DB-L50 Bowl Forming Machine. It has many procedures, including feeding, Sealing, filling silicone oil, punching bottom, two-procedure bottom heating, knurling, curling, roll- watering line, putting down bowl & checking photoelectric, troubles warning, counting, etc. It is the ideal equipment in producing the large content or the big aperture paper containers, such as soup bowl, fast noodles bowl and so on.

Main features

1) Incline main-frame of machine, help the bowls easily drop into the plastic holes, the rate of which goes up to 99.99 %.
2) The oblate head, which can seal the bowls easily. It is much better than that is round.
3) Aluminum block is not easy to combustion and performance in high safety. In addition it can saveelectricity.
4) We use three rows of chain while other factories only have two rows of chain. In a way, it improve the high stability.
