Folding box
Simple and clean, folding boxes offer the most versatility and value
Senyu Packaging can also supply a wide variety of packaging solutions made of thin cardboard or paperboard. This family of packaging includes folding boxes, counter displays, sleeves and belly bands, and die cut inserts just to name a few.
Materials
Our folding cartons can be made from a variety of cardboard
materials in a wide range of thicknesses. We use Kraft or Chip
colored paperboard for Industrial applications or environmentally
conscious applications. We’ll use White Clay Coated News Back
(WCCNB) or White Clay Coated Kraft Back (WCCKB) for applications
where the boxes need to be white on the outside and cost is
important. For retail grade boxes, where four color process
printing is needed, we’ll use Solid Bleach Sulfate (SBS)
paperboard.
Senyu factory will supervise the whole production flow to check quality. From design to shipping, we will pay high
attention to your products. Customers can ask their QC to our factory having inspection during printing or when the products finishde. Welcome to visit us, we will show you around to check our production.
WHAT’S Senyu’S MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Senyu’s minimum quantity for most custom boxes is 500. This can vary depending on box size and style, so please call to chat with a Custom Box Expert about your unique needs. In some cases, we can run as few as 250 boxes on your first order.
DOES Senyu PROVIDE SAMPLES?
We save a handful of everything we make, so we can usually send you samples of similar boxes we have produced. Samples are dependent on boxes we have available in-house, and custom samples are unavailable.
DOES SENYU CARRY STOCK BOXES?
SENYU only offers custom boxes made to order. If you’re looking for stock boxes, please send us your requirements, we will help you find it.
WHAT’S SENYU LEAD-TIME?
SENYU’s lead-time is determined by the scope of the project, the availability of the materials, and your unique needs. Most orders are manufactured within 1-2 weeks, however we recommend you speak to one of our Custom Box Experts about your specific order.
