10m3 Clamshell River Sand Dredger Working principle

 

Using grab which connection the wire rope, rely on the grab selfweight, in the water, scraping mud by closed grab.

Then through rotary hoisting machinery, reservation will grab up to the height,turning to the predetermined height

above, the sediment discharge into the hopper dredger. Discharge empty bucket through the crane

slewing to dredging above, to the next dredging operations.

USES: mainly used for digging clay, silt, gravel soil, gravel soil and weathered rock

Lifting mechanism

 

Structure: Motor, Coupling, Brake, Reducer, Drum Group, Bearing, etc;

Feature:Motor through coupling and reducer drive to Launch and recovery wire rope drum group,

to realize the grab bucket hoisting, declining, open and close,dig etc action

 

USES: mainly used for digging clay, silt, gravel soil, gravel soil and weathered rock;

 

Luffing mechanism

 

Structure: Motor, Coupling, brake, reducer, reel drum and bearing pedestal etc.

Function: The motor through the coupling, reduce driven the reel drum launch

and recovery the wire rope, adjustable the jib beam working angle, control the grab working range.

 

Swing mechanism

 

Structure: Mainly compose by motor, limit moment coupling, brake, vertical planetary reducer,

small gear, big gear ring.

Function: The motor through the coupling, reduce driven the small gear, the smal gear and big

gearing ring engage, realize the grab bucket rotating movement

 

Rigging hook device

 

Structure: Electromagnetic brake motor,Elastic plum flower coupling, planetary reducer, reel drum,

bearing pedestal, and connection pedestal composed.

 

Function: The motor through the coupling,reducer driven the reel drum, hook group, to proceed

the maintenance ship and lift light weight material;

Structure:It’s composed by forestay, backstay, middle of jackstay, luffering pulley group, gran open

and closed, lift pulley group, torque limit sensor.

 

Function:Through the wire rope and pulley with lift mechanism, luffering mechanism, and jib frame

realize the grab bucket raise, open and close, luffer and so on action

 

Turret assembly

 

Structure: Turret structure, jib frame hinged support, above table roller composed.

indicating working depth and grab opening degree.


7. Depth correction system

 

Depth correction system is very important in dredging management system. When the grab

according to work requirement set by the depth of the dredging sank to the bottom, gran dredger

will swing, boom luffing and tilt by hull, the influence of the change in the tide heights, cause

errors in the dredging depth, this device can be caused by the impact on the error correction,

ensure the accurate of the grab dredging depth of the water.
