Rubber Plug Product Applications:

 

Rubber products can be used in different materials, in different scenes. It is widely used in automobiles , bathroom , drinking water , medical machine , Industrial Supplies , machine , avtation , ship manufacturing , house electric etc...

 

 

Rubber plug are made of rubber raw materials for the mixing machine after the mixing of rubber as raw materials, according to the characteristics of rubber products required in the mixing of the design formula, and set the required product hardness. The product is molded by rubber plate vulcanizing machine. After the product molding, the final edge treatment, the product surface treatment is smooth without burr.

 

Rubber Plug have low density, belong to light material, low hardness, good softness; Poor air permeability, can be made air tight material; Or better waterproof materials and so on. The application range of rubber products materials and rubber products is particularly wide, and the products may be up to tens of thousands of kinds.

 

Rubber plug molding, after high pressure, because of the cohesion of the elastomer can not be eliminated, in the molding of the mold, often produce extremely unstable shrinkage (rubber shrinkage rate, because of different rubber and different), must be after a period of time, in order to slow and stable. Rubber Plug Product material types:

 

NBR is mainly used to manufacture oil resistant rubber products. Acrylonitrile content in nitrile butadiene rubber (%) has 42 ~ 46, 36 ~ 41, 31 ~ 35, 25 ~ 30, 18 ~ 24 and other five kinds. The more acrylonitrile content, the better oil resistance, but cold resistance is decreased. It can be used in 120℃ air or 150℃ oil for a long time. In addition, it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding properties. It is widely used to produce all kinds of oil-resistant rubber products, a variety of oil-resistant gaskets, gaskets, bushing, flexible packaging, flexible hose, printing and dyeing roller, cable adhesive materials, etc. It has become an indispensable elastic material in automobile, aviation, petroleum, photocopying and other industries.

HNBR:Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, also known as Highly Saturated Nitrile (HSN), is produced by hydrogenating acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).This process improves the heat and ozone resistance, increases tensile strength, and provides superior abrasion resistance. The result is a rubber polymer that performs superior to standard NBR in most sealing applications. Taking advantage of its inherent properties, HNBR can be compounded to provide excellent service life in applications such as oilfield, automotive, and refrigerants. Dynamic applications requiring long service life or in abrasive environments are especially well suited to HNBR. FDA grades are available. Internally lubricated compounds are superior for extended wear dry air applications.

 

HNBR O-Rings are most commonly in Green or Black, are also avaialable in Yellow and red special compounds.

FKM has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oil resistance, high vacuum resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and a variety of chemical drugs. It has been applied to modern aviation, missile, rocket, space navigation, naval ships, atomic energy and other cutting-edge technologies and automotive, shipbuilding, chemical, petroleum, telecommunications, instruments, machinery and other industrial fields.

 

FKM is a copolymer made of highly fluorinated hydrocarbons and developed during the 1950s. FKM seals display very good resistance to media, ozone and aging. The material is also stable in fuels as well as petroleum-based oils and greases, along with aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.

 

Fluoro rubber can be used from −25 °C to 200 °C and is predominantly used for seals in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry and in petroleum production, along with the chemical and aerospace sectors. Special types of FKM are even flexible at −40 °C. In general industry, FKM is used wherever there are high rotational speeds and high temperatures, for example, in radial shaft seal rings in pumps and transmissions.

 

Silicone:The term silicone covers a large group of materials in which vinyl-methyl-silicone (VMQ) is often the central ingredient. Silicone elastomers as a group have relatively low tensile strength, poor tear and wear resistance. However, they have many useful properties as well. Silicone has a good heat resistance, good cold flexibility, and good ozone and weather resistance as well as good insulating and physiologically neutral properties.

SBR is the earliest industrial synthetic rubber, there are emulsion polymerization and solubilization two kinds. The unsaturation of styrene butadiene rubber is lower than that of natural rubber, and its heat resistance, aging resistance and wear resistance are better than that of natural rubber, but its structure is irregular and it is a non-polar adhesive that cannot crystallize. Styrene butadiene rubber has low strength and must be reinforced before it has practical use value. In the process of processing, the molecular chain is not easy to break, the curing speed is slow, and it is not easy to burn and oversulfur.
