Double Armored Mini Cable Double Jackets / Bare Fiber Inside / Space-saving / High Strength and High-density Structure

 

The Mini Cable (Double Armor Double Jacket) consists of a 0.25mm coated fiber inserted into a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) inner jacket (some core counts may have an aramid layer between the coated fibers and the inner jacket). The inner jacket is then covered with a layer of stainless steel tubing and aramid, and the aramid is further wrapped with a stainless steel braided layer. Finally, an outer LSZH/TPU jacket is extruded. The design of this cable aims to provide high-density fiber connections in limited space while offering additional physical protection and resistance to interference.
