Industrial Waste Water Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) Evaporator
Introduction
MVR evaporator is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor
recompression. It is a technology that reuses the energy of the
secondary steam it produces, thereby reducing the need for external
energy.
The equipment uses low-temperature and low-pressure steaming
technology and clean energy to generate steam for energy, and
separates the water in the medium. It is an internationally
advanced evaporation technology and is an upgraded product that
replaces the traditional evaporator.
Application
Widely used in chlor-alkali, petroleum, chemical, electric power, electronics, medicine, steel, food, beverage, textile printing and dyeing, water reuse, wastewater treatment, precious metal recovery, concentration separation, biochemical extraction and other fields.
Working Principle
The secondary steam of a certain effect of the evaporator cannot be directly used as the heat source of the effect, and can only be used as a heat source of secondary or secondary effect. If it is used as an effective heat source, it must be additionally energized to increase its temperature (pressure). The steam jet pump can only compress part of the secondary steam, while the mvr evaporator compresses all secondary steam in the evaporator. The working process of the MVR evaporator is that the low temperature steam is compressed by the compressor, the temperature and pressure are increased, the heat enthalpy is increased, and then the heat exchanger is condensed to fully utilize the latent heat of the steam. Except for starting the car, there is no need to generate steam during the entire evaporation process.
