Economizer is a environmentally-friendly and energy-saving equipment which can heat water or generate steam by using the waste heat accumulated at the end of the industrial boilers. The rated heat efficiency of different industrial oil-fuel, gas-fuel and the coal-fuel boilers in our country can reach only 80% of the designed one. The other 20% heat energy is lost due to the incomplete combustion of the fuel and the radiating of the boiler and so on. Thus reduce the heat energy loss due to thedischarge of the smoke is key to the recycling use of the waste heat energy of the boiler. This helps the country’s energy conservation and the emission reduction work.

Our economizer’s heat exchange tube is made of spirally corrugated tubes whose features are of large exchange dimension and quick flow of the smoke and out of dust and so on.
