KDAS type combined seal ring is a special seal for double-acting pistons. It consists of NBR elastomer sealing ring, two slit polyurethane elastomer fixing rings and two slit POM guide rings. The sealing ring has excellent sealing effect under both static and dynamic conditions, and the fixed ring can prevent the NBR sealing ring from being squeezed into the sealing gap. When the piston is running in the cylinder, the guide ring can guide the piston and absorb the radial force. This design provides a compact seal, retaining ring and guide combination, can be used for open and closed grooves. KDAS type combined seals are installed in the following order: "NBR seal ring-retaining ring-guide ring". It should be noted that the contact points (gap) of the guide ring and the retaining ring are arranged in staggered positions.
