Floating seal consist of two same metal steel rings and two same
rubber o rings.
The working principle is a pair of metal rings supported by a pair
of rubber rings to form a closed space with the cavity.
When running, the after-grinding seal surface of the two metal
rings act in close coordination and sliding relatively.
