Product introduction

• Truck & railcar loading arm is an equipment which adopts swivel joint to connect with rigid pipeline and elbow to realize transmitting liquid medium between train, tank car and trestle storage pipelines, has high security, flexibility, and long using life.
• Unloading on the open top or sealing top of tank train, can be equipped with gas/liquid drive oil-immersed pump.

Features

• Tapered hatch plug reduces products leakage and pollution.
• Overfill Prevention Device prevents product from overflowing. The signal from overfill sensor is processed in the control to shut off the loading process.
• Loading rack & platform and Gangway Ramp &Folding stair can be tailor made to fit any size of truck and railcar. A prevention safety cage can be option for loading rack.
• The swivel joint adopts alloy steel and stainless steel, is processed by delicate numerical machine, has inner double raceways support structure, which make the equipment move flexibly and easy to operate.
• special seal structure, adopt PTFE strengthened material, which has good hard wearing function, polish treated seal surface makes the equipment has good seal function and long using life.
• The equipment can load and unload acid, alkali and etc. strong corrosive petrochemical medium with special seal ring and inside lining PTFE steel pipe.
• Rational spring cylinder balance system can actualize indifferent equilibrium, and contraposition operation of loading arm is easy and convenient, which can be handled by one person.
• All weld seam of pressure lines is processed by argon-arc welding, and pass strict flaw detection and pressure test, which meet OCIMF and BSI standards.
• Electrostatic earthing system with excellent quality, rational design is equipped on loading arm which is used for transmission of flammable and explosive medium. Static resistance is less than 2Ω, which make the equipment reliable and secure.
• Adopt surface shot blasting and rational painting process to insure the high quality of surface and meet anti-corrosive requirements.

• The liquid pipeline and the vapour recovery hose connected with Tapered seal hatch or mechanical claw seal cap to realize sealed loading and reduce leakage and pollution.
• The vertical pipe is equipped with ball valves to prevent gas leakage, and connect with lap joint flange
• Applicable occasion: top airtight loading and unloading.
